When I don't have the site as a trusted site, I'm getting an error saying that cannot reference the Javascript files

When I don't have the site as a trusted site, I'm getting an error saying that cannot reference the Javascript files.
How can this be fixed?

A:

That's true that if you added a site(with obout controls) to "Restricted sites" group in IE, IE will remove all the Javascript running on the page to avoid damaging to client computer. That is the IE policy.
All of obout components will not be able to run, as all components use Javascript.
