Properties SETTINGS
propertyDraggingOpacity Gets or sets the Opacity of Flyout when it is dragged.

By default, value of DraggingOpacity is 100

propertyCursor Gets or sets Cursor when mouse is over the DragPanel.

By default, value of Cursor is "move"
