AJAX Page - Using UpdateAllPanels

Update all existent callback panels on a page.

CallbackPanel1 contains a simple ASP Literal control that is updated with the server current time.
CallbackPanel2 contains a simple ASP Literal control that is updated with the server milliseconds.
